These comprehensive plans include preventative care, urgent care, maternity, mental health, prescription coverage and more. Available for both full-time and part-time team members.
• Dental Coverage: Our Delta Dental coverage allows you to take advantage of preventative and acute services, including orthodontia. Available for both full-time and part-time team members.
• Vision Coverage: Vision insurance is available through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. Our available plan covers eye exams, full cost or discounted frames, lenses and contacts. Available for both full-time and part-time team members.
• Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance: To help protect our team members, short-term and long-term disability coverage is provided to those on approved medical leave. Available for full-time team members.
• Life Insurance: Includes both company provided and buy-up options for full-time and part-time team members, though maximums vary for full-time and part-time positions.
• 401(k): Both pre-tax and Roth contribution options are available, as well as competitive matching and vesting programs.
• Yearly Profit Sharing Opportunities: Each year, a portion of the credit union's annual revenue is set aside for profit sharing among eligible team members.
